As the retail manager at Live Life Pharmacy Whitsunday Plaza, Emma plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly. From supporting the team to helping customers find what they need, she’s hands-on, adaptable, and always ready to jump in. “Basically, overall, my day involves helping wherever I need to be,” she says with a smile.

What truly brightens her work day is Whitsunday Plaza’s strong community feeling.

“You can say hello and good morning and greet 20 people by name every day,” Emma says. “Everyone's friendly and supportive, and I love that.”

When it comes to favourite products, Emma lights up. “My favourite current product at the moment would be this Glasshouse candle, it’s called Movie Nights. It smells like caramel popcorn and choc tops. When you smell it, you feel like you’re in the cinema, and it’s amazing.”
